AS 9100 creates goal making to be: continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and improving of the processes. Our goal for 2008 is to go over and beyond this because we are fully committed in this endeavor so that you as our customer can achieve "DELIGHT", not just satisfaction.
Receiving an invitation from our customer Pratt & Whitney, our Sales Manager, Tony Baldridge and I attended a conference given by Bill Bellows of Pratt & Whitney called, "Enterprise Thinking" and found it very exhilarating. The attached brochure fully explains this conference.
As one of our valued customers we would like to invite you to our "Enterprise Thinking Conference." Altemp Alloys, Inc. is hosting Bill Bellows for two half-day sessions and this is free to our valued customers. I can assure you that this conference will only enhance your business practices and will help us assist you as well as helping your customers and suppliers. SEMINAR LEADER: Bill Bellows is an Associate Technical Fellow in the Enterprise Thinking Network at United Technologies’ Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne business unit in Los Angeles. He provides consulting, facilitation and instruction in the implementation of better thinking and its application to continuous investment, resource management and resource leadership. Bill has also taught at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this 9-hour seminar is to explore the potential of "better thinking", directed toward continuous investments in our products, processes and services. Altemp Alloys announced that it has passed inspections and been awarded AS 9100B and ISO 9001:2000 certifications to further boost its reputation in the high temperature alloy business that specifically targets the aerospace and defense industries.
